art ur h3art 0ut p0dcast

the true conception of this audio-visual creative container for the collective began with a simple connection:

all begins are living art; being made in the image of the Creator, they are both creation & creative incarnate. therefore, we are all both art & artist.

an entrepreneur is someone who edifies and actualizes themself, and shares their authentic entirety in service of the collective.

the same path of channeling & embodying the Divine is what intertwines the core truth that drives this endeavor; all entrepreneurs are artists, and if everyone is an artist, everyone can too be an entrepreneur.

the process for becoming is the same for both, committing to de-conditioning, de-colonizing, re-programming, and reconnecting with Unity on a consistent and continuous basis.

it’s accepting that out of many we are one, and out of one, we are many- and all of us are creators of experience.

the experience

Sound Healing

each episode is technically split into two parts: “side A” & “side B.”

“side A'“ starts & “side B” concludes with a sound bath.

the first opens the container, setting the tone for a safe & connected experience for the audience, myself (& the occasional co-host), and our guests.

the final one serves as a way to integrate what was gained in the container, & a grounding soundtrack for the journaling.

prompts are available for both guests in-studio & for the audience at home to do in-tandem.

the isolated sound baths will be uploaded on the @ca551d4 YouTube channel in a specific playlist.

Conscious Conversations

this is where we all connect!

there are many in each episode, but the first starts over some snacks provided by a local business, which we’ll highlight for a bit before diving into our q&a.

the q&a is where i ask our guests about their journey, any questions i had about their work/process, & let them ask me anything.

and at the end of the natural cadence, it will be time to pivot to the “art wheel.” the guests have the sacred responsibility of turning the wheel & revealing what artistic endeavor we will embark on together!

depending on the art, we may talk story or just speak through the media we are playing with that day.

once done with the fun, we’ll journal, and then close with a sharing circle- discussing the experience as well as them sharing any upcoming projects & where to connect further.

Authentic Art

this- the crux of the experience- is the fun & the challenge!

we have the legendary “art wheel,” which has 6 different activity options, 3 chosen by the guests, 2 chosen by me, and 1 off-site wildcard!

the requirements for the submitted choices is that they have to be something that the guest has either never done before, is not what they’re known for, is something they have limited experience with, or is something they have not done in a long time.

the goal is for us to challenge each other by doing something new, which targets the block that affects most- the false fear of failure upon trying something new.

by sharing our process of doing something that we haven’t done before, (along with prompts & instructions for the audience at home to do it with us), it allows

the other beautiful piece is that we include free prompts, instructions, resources, & supply lists so that the audience gets to alchemize concurrently through expressive experimentation at home.
